Dr Alex George supported by Ruth Langsford as TV stars bond over shared grief

Dr Alex George has publicly received kind support from TV royalty Ruth Langsford after sharing his battle with grief. The Love Island star, 30, lost his 19-year-old brother Llŷr to suicide in July 2020, and on Wednesday evening he opened up to his social media fans on how he feels "so sad at times" as he misses his sibling.

NHS frontline worker Alex told that he had been overwhelmed with grief ahead of his shift at University Hospital in Lewisham in a post shared to his Instagram page.

Alex typed: "Grief hits you like a brick at times. Driving to work today and it really hit me really hard. I feel so sad at times.
