Dr Alex George gets support from Ruth Langsford as he opens up about grief following brother's death

After tragically losing his brother Llŷr to suicide in July 2020, Dr Alex George has shared a post about his experience with grief.The NHS frontline worker, who recently got the Covid-19 vaccine, took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message about the loss of his brother.

Alongside a picture of himself in his work uniform, the 30 year old wrote: "Grief hits you like a brick at times. "Driving to work today and it really hit me really hard.
