In a Jan. 7 speech, he didn’t use the word “concede,” or say he “lost,” but did finally say that “a new administration will be inaugurated on January 20th.” As a result of his 180 amid calls for the 25th Amendment to be used to remove Trump from office, Twitter is having a field day that he had to have somehow been coerced into giving his speech.
