'Don't scare the Haggis' warning as Kelpies light up blue & white for Burns Night

The Kelpies will be lit up blue and white tonight to celebrate Burns Night. Scottish Canals say that the sculptures in Grangemouth will change colour in honour of national bard Robert Burns.
