Joy Reid‘s exit from MSNBC triggered many conservative commentators to take cheap shots at her on social media. Over the years, former Fox News host Megyn Kelly has criticized some of Reid’s comments on her cable news show.
After chatter that the news network was making changes and axing Reid, Kelly took to social media to celebrate. “Remember when Joy Reid laughingly mocked ‘white women tears’ as pathetic and offensive to her?
Who’s crying now, Joy? Good riddance to the absolute worst person on television, and shame on NBC for letting it go on this long,” read Kelly’s post on X.
Kelly echoed her words about the former Reid Out host, quoting a video of Reid breaking down in an interview after her last show on MSNBC. “Joy Reid has viciously mocked the tears of every white person she’s helped cancel over the years for some imaginary racial slight,” Kelly posted on X. “She’s had zero empathy for anyone.
