He is still living at the family home, which he shares with his wife Catherine Fitzgerald, 49, and their four children. Dominic and Lily were spotted kissing during a romantic break to Rome last month.
An eye witness on Dominic and Lily's BA flight out to Italy described them as looking like 'two teenagers in love.' "Within minutes of the plane taking off, they began kissing and cuddling after both removed their masks," they told the Sun On Sunday. 'They looked like a couple heading for a dirty weekend
