Dancing on Ice's Matt Richardson shared his nerves as he posted a video of himself skating three days before his debut. The comedian, 29, has got his skates on to replace Rufus Hound after the star was forced to drop out because of a positive Covid-19 test.

The Xtra Factor presenter held his hands out in case he needed to break a fall or to help with balancing. Matt will take to the ice on Sunday with his pro-skater partner Vicky Ogden.
