Prince Harry
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Doctor warns that burning candles could be bad for your health

Whether we use them to help us relax or to simply fill our homes with nice scents, most of us use scented candles at least once in a while.

They make the perfect addition to any relaxing bath, and they easily create ambience in our living rooms, all the while adding to our home decor.

However, it's recently been revealed that scented candles could actually be damaging our health - especially when overused. Dr Dan Gubler, a PhD organic chemist and former professor, regularly shares health tips and advice on TikTok, and in his most recent video, he has outlined the risks that candles pose.

"Including inhibiting the ability of cells especially in the bladder to grow normally. "When we think of pollution we think of it as an outdoor thing but indoor pollution caused by burning candles, air fresheners and other sources in a big problem." Dr Dan went on the explain more about the problem with candles, adding: "Candles are made out of cheap paraffin wax, they’re made out of artificial fragrances and dyes and when we burn that it gives off carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide Benzopyrene, and other volatile compounds. “They’re not good for the body, they interfere with the body’s ability to reproduce.” The TikTok star then told how there is no "quality control" with these types of candles, as candle manufacturers are not required to, and they don't, "show over 90% of their ingredients" or.
