The GRAMMY-nominated artist was rushed to a hospital in White Plains, New York, after a heart attack on April 2 and was in the critical care unit before his death.
DMX was honoured with a celebration of life memorial on Saturday, which was livestreamed on DMX’s YouTube channel. His homegoing celebration on Sunday began at 2:30 pm ET at Brooklyn’s Christian Cultural Center, and was broadcasted live on BET and its YouTube channel.
