DIY SOS star Nick Knowles chokes back tears after family's disabled daughter dies

DIY SOS sees Nick and the team transforming homes for families in need across Britain. During the episode, Nick, 59, sat with the Champman family who opened up about the challenges they have recently faced.
Peter Chapman, a 60 year old former mechanic and hospital porter, is the full-time carer for his wife Sarah and daughter Suzanne, who is 35 but has a mental age of 12.The mother and daughter both have myotonic dystrophy, a long-term genetic disorder.
