Disney+ has launched a Top 10 list to let users know what content is most streamed on the platform. The feature highlights popular movies and TV shows from the streamer.
Subscribers will see different rankings depending on their subscription and parental control settings. Disney+’s Top 10 is composed by taking “several factors into account, including total views at the episode and movie level within a day and the growing popularity of new titles released during that time frame.” The ranking also combines movie and TV show titles.
When Deadline looked at its Top 10 list for Wednesday, October 30, the content was mostly Halloween-themed. At the top of our list was 1993’s Hocus Pocus, the Kenny Ortega-created film that starred Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Agatha All Along, which airs its season finale at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday night, took the second spot. Hocus Pocus 2 was ranked third, while the classic Halloweentown placed fourth.
