Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

His blue blazer and matching smart trousers were baggy and swamped his frame, with the trousers bunching up around his ankles.
Underneath he donned an oversized white shirt, which he left untucked despite the formal occasion. Biebs also sported a pair of brown shoes and tied the look together with a hat.
He was seen swigging on a drink as he got out of a car and headed into the venue. Hailey looked typically glam in a short black dress.
