Tristram Shapeero, the director whose voice can be heard in Euphoria actor Lukas Gage‘s viral audition video, is speaking out with a formal apology letter.
Earlier today, it was revealed that the British-born television director came forward as the mystery voice in the video and he told paparazzi that he would not apologize for his actions.
During the Zoom audition, which Lukas recorded and released online, Tristram seemingly thought he was muted and said, “These poor people live in these tiny apartments, like I’m looking at his background and he’s got his TV…” Lukas cut him off at this point and told Tristram to give him the role so he could get a better apartment.
