Ten Hag joins United on a three-year contract with the option of an additional year. The Dutchman will be faced with the biggest challenge of his career at United.

The full-back lavished the praise on the incoming United manager and he claimed every fan and player is 'excited' about his appointment. "I don't think you need to see a lot to know that he is a great manager," Dalot told Sky Sports. "What he's done with Ajax is something outstanding.
