Diddy’s Attorney Blames RACISM For His Criminal Charges! Seriously?!

They’re trying to claim he is a victim of racism. In a new TMZ Studios documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, which dropped on Thursday, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said he believes the feds targeted the 54-year-old music mogul to take down a “successful black man.” He argued: Wow.
This is so gross of them to do. Using his race as a shield when there are clearly so many accusers already coming forward, many of whom are notably women of color. Agnifilo went on to say the government was “scrutinizing” Diddy’s businesses and taxes — but his client “does everything right.” Hmm.
And since the feds had nothing else on the rapper when it came to those matters, the lawyer claimed their “last vestige” was to attack “the way he’s having sex.” Agnifilo explained his take: WTF.
