It was a battle of the royals as the Queen took on Princess Diana for the Best Actress in a TV Drama Golden Globe. Jodie Comer, Laura Linney and Sarah Paulson were also nominated in the category with Olivia Colman and Emma Corrin but the Crown duo were the favourites to win the award.
It was newcomer Emma who was victorious on the night and her shock was evident as her name was read out. All of her fellow nominees cheered her on as she composed herself with Olivia in particular looking absolutely chuffed for her.
