'Devastated' family say life will 'never be the same' after son stabbed to death

The heartbroken family of a teenager who tragically lost his life after being stabbed say their lives will 'never be the same without him'.

Kyle Hackland, 17 was murdered on Southlea Road in South Manchester at around 11:30am on November 22, the Manchester Evening News reports.

Police raced to the scene and Kyle was rushed to hospital but he sadly died from his severe injuries. His heartbroken family paid an emotional tribute to their son on November 23 as they said they are 'devastated' by the death of their ''kind and well-mannered young boy'.

Their statement said: “We are devastated by the death of our beloved Kyle. He was such a kind and well-mannered young boy who always looked out for his family – never failing to say “love you” as he walked out the door.“There are no words that can even begin to describe the pain we feel.
