In the episode, Dean’s prank on Troy backfires and he’s not happy about it. Confessing how low he feels to Mondo, Troy reaches out to Dean after Mondo shares the truth about the difficult time he’s been going through.

Eventually, Troy and Dean make amends, however, there’s still tension after Dean questions why Troy is being so evasive about his fiance.
