Ruth Langsford has embarked on a new fitness journey after an old clip of herself training for Strictly Come Dancing resurfaced on social media.The 60 year old, who recently left fans in tears after kissing her mum through a window on Mother's Day, first reposted a video which her previous professional trainer Frank Sinclair shared of them both exercising for her role on the BBC One dance competition show back in 2017.The clip sees both Ruth and Frank running, squatting and skipping in her back garden in preparation for the series. Now, three years later, the TV presenter has said she's ready to get serious about her exercise regime once more.
