The presenter returned to the airwaves after becoming a first time dad when his wife Dee Koppang, 41, gave birth ten days ago. "My lovely son came into the world ten days ago accompanied by Guy Garvey's Elbow," said Dermot, sharing with listeners the soundtrack to Dee's labour. "So forgive this moment of brief self-indulge while we play the song that accompanied that. "So this is for you Kasper with a K - my wife is very insistent on that," laughed Dermot. "Kasper Koppang O'Leary welcome to the world" cried the proud dad before pressing play on Elbow's hit One Day Like This.
