64 year old Denise, who celebrated 11 years of sobriety last month, took to Instagram in a moving post which saw her reflect on her journey and changing relationship with food.
Posting a before-and-after snap to her 395,000 Instagram followers, the Loose Women star shared one picture of herself before she began overhauling her relationship with food and another more recent snap of herself 10 years later.
In a second snap, Denise looked sensational as she posed in a vibrant green and white swimsuit while soaking up the sun on holiday.
