Demi Moore is providing a health update on her ex-husband. On Thursday, The Substance star sat down with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour where she opened up about the current state of Bruce Willis’ battle with frontotemporal dementia.

FTD is a very serious progressive neurological disease which affects language, personality, memory, and more. But just because his condition is stable doesn’t make it any less “difficult” for the family.

He and Demi share daughters Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30, while he shares two young daughters Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, with current wife Emma Heming, 46.
