Demi Lovato has revealed how the 'patriarchy' was stopping them from coming out as non-binary. The pop star, 28, recently made the announcement in a moving video, telling fans they have changed their pronouns to they/them.
Since sharing the honest social media post, Demi has spoken out about their decision and explained that the patriarchy was 'putting me in a box' and that they were 'living my life for other people'.
