Declan Rice has sent an emotional message to West Ham's supporters after it was announced he would likely be leaving the club this summer.
Rice has previously been a player of interest to Manchester United and reports have linked the Irons' midfielder with a switch to Old Trafford in recent weeks.
On Thursday, Hammers chairman David Sullivan admitted the 24-year-old had likely played his last game for the club after he lifted the Europa Conference League trophy following a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Sullivan said: "I think it has to be [Rice's last game in a West Ham shirt]. We promised him he could go.
