The 48 year old TV presenter is making the most of his free time before the return of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on Sunday, 19 November.The TV icon appeared in high spirits after his workout as he stepped out into the Australian sunshine with a huge smile on his face.
He opted for a casual look with a grey T-shirt, black shorts and a pair of grey trainers, while carrying a rolled up yoga mat under his arm.
Dec also proved that he keeps up with current fashion trends as he accessorised his yoga ensemble with the viral Uniqlo bag and a pair of sunglasses.
