Deborah James gives health update as she thanks fans and celebrates £4m fund

Deborah James was left in floods of tears as she responded to the Queen's decision to her a Damehood. Sharing an emotional update on her Instagram page, the 40 year old mum-of-two, who is married to husband Sebastian Bowen, said she was left "humbled" by the honour, and couldn't believe she was even considered for it.
