‘Death Stranding 2’ fans are losing their minds over new trailer

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach has finally been confirmed alongside an epic 10-minute trailer – and fans are very excited.The original Death Stranding was released back in 2019 while a Director’s Cut of the game came in 2022.

A sequel was announced the same year.After previously revealing that Death Stranding 2: On The Beach would be released at some point in 2025, Hideo Kojima has now confirmed the long-awaited sequel will be released June 26 for PlayStation 5 players.Pre-orders go live next week (March 17) with a number of different versions of the game available including a digital deluxe edition ($79.99) and a collector’s edition ($229.99), both of which will give you two days of early access to Death Stranding 2.The release date was announced as part of a special Death Stranding 2 panel at SXSW, with Kojima also releasing a new 10-minute trailer.“I edited the trailer myself with the worldview, era, theme, story, characters, gameplay, music, the connection to the first game, and its evolution as a sequel in mind.
