A new music festival from Davido called Are We African Yet? is on its way stateside. On November 18 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Davido will perform a headlining set with music from Kizz Daniel, Wande Coal, Lojay, Pheelz, Oxlade, BNXN, Focalistic, and Victony.

Tickets go on sale September 23. Davido explained in a press statement his desire to celebrate his continent: "Growing up, we were often made to feel unworthy as Africans, so many of us didn’t want to claim where we were from and in some cases denied our heritage.

That’s not the case anymore, we are proud Africans, and we want to invite people to enjoy our culture – our music, food, and art.

That’s what The A.W.A.Y Festival is all about.” Read Next: Song You Need: CKay makes the hard questions sound easy on “WATAWI”.
