Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

David Walliams agrees settlement with Britain's Got Talent producers over x-rated rant row

Production company Fremantle said it has agreed a settlement with David Walliams after the star stepped down from the show after his X-rated rant.Last November, the former Little Britain star stepped down from his role as a judge on the show after offensive comments he made about contestants were leaked to The Guardian newspaper.The 52-year-old is now understood to be about to agree to a large settlement after alleging that the producers recorded his private conversations without his knowledge.

A spokesperson for Fremantle said: “We are pleased that we have achieved an amicable resolution of this dispute with David. “We are sincerely sorry that his private conversations when a judge on Britain’s Got Talent were published, and the great distress this caused David. “We have reviewed our production practices on the show to ensure they fully respect the expectations of our talent whilst satisfying the requirements of the show.“We have enjoyed a great relationship with David over many years.“We thank David for being an important part of the Britain’s Got Talent family and the enduring success of the show and hope to have opportunities to work with him in the future.”David claimed behind-the-scenes staff 'recorded, transcribed and retained' all his conversations during his ten years on the show, despite him having no idea his microphone was 'kept on and recording' throughout.He also claims producers recorded a private chat with his fellow judges Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell, and Amanda Holden about the impact of his father's death.Since leaving the show following his controversial comments, David says he has battled severe depression and 'active suicidal thoughts'.Recordings revealed the TV judge has called an elderly contestant
