David Spade and Theo Von to Star in Buddy Comedy ‘Busboys’

Set in a border town in Arizona, the movie follows David and Theo, two friends who “think becoming waiters will solve all of their problems.
They are wrong,” per the logline. Jonah Feingold (“At Midnight,” “Dating & New York,” “EXmas”) will direct “Busboys,” which is also produced by Robert Ogden Barnum alongside Spade and Von.
Production will kick off Jan. 10 in Los Angeles. “We are looking forward to gracing everyone with this comedy that no one asked for,” said Spade in a statement.
