Former Rangers player David Hagen has died at the age of 47 after a brave battle with motor neurone disease. The Scotsman was diagnosed with the disease in 2018 at just 45-years-old.
Hagen is best known for his career at Ibrox where he burst onto the scene in 1992 and played his part in the famous side that captured nine successive league titles.
The Scottish club have reacted to his passing with a message that read: "Rangers Football Club is saddened by the news of the death of former player, David Hagen. "We send our heartfelt condolences to the wider family circle at such a difficult time.
