Most birthday well-wishes for the former Spice Girl were in a heartfelt manner but hubby David, 46, went down a funnier route with his very own personalised card to Victoria.

The former footballer sent his beloved a hilarious card made up of her passed out in the bathroom, seemingly hugging the toilet - likely after a wild night out - with happy birthday written over the snap, writes the Mirror.

Although Victoria's face isn't visible, she confirmed it was indeed her as she shared the funny card on her Instagram Stories alongside the words: "Sleepover with the toilet!
