‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Showrunner Compares New Show To ‘Sopranos’ & ‘King Of New York’

We have written numerous articles about the behind-the-scenes goings on with Marvel Studios’ “Daredevil: Born Again.” Long story short, the series had a complete overhaul during production with a new showrunner brought in and a change in tone and storyline.

Now, the show is much closer to the Netflix “Daredevil” that ran for three seasons years ago. But that doesn’t mean ‘Born Again’ is just a retread of what Netflix did before.

In fact, the showrunner said there are some pretty big differences between the two. Speaking to SFX Magazine, Dario Scardapane talked about what’s to come with Marvel Studios’ “Daredevil: Born Again.” Specifically, he compared this new show to the Netflix predecessor.
