Danny DeVito given up his West Coast life for a return to the Big Apple? Not if Frank Reynolds has something to say about it!

The “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” star quietly purchased a charming Brooklyn brownstone right before the pandemic hit, The Post can report.

The sale was finalized on January 6, 2020 in a bargain and sale deed, according to New York property records. While it is unknown exactly how much the home sold for, it is estimated DeVito, 76, paid upwards of at least $2 million.

DeVito’s reps didn’t respond to The Post’s requests for comment. The previous owner purchased the property for $2,200,000 in 2016.
