Daniel Silva is speaking out for the first time since Corey La Barrie‘s death. The former Ink Master star was arrested for murder after the car he was driving, with Corey in the passenger seat, crashed.
After being transported to the hospital, Corey died and Daniel was charged with one count of second degree murder.
He plead not guilty at the time, and instead took a no contest plea deal for one count of felony gross vehicular manslaughter. Daniel had been sentenced to four years in state prison, but it was suspended.
