Daniel Craig Explains Why He Would Not Have Done 'Queer' During His James Bond Days

Daniel Craig is showing off his creative range with his role in his newest movie Queer. However, the project probably would not have happened for him when he was in the midst of his James Bond days.

The 56-year-old actor famously played the 007 agent in several movies, culminating in 2021′s No Time to Die. During a recent interview, he said that he would not have done Queer at the same time and explained the simple reason why. However, he said that those roles “left me empty.” “Then, bottom line, I got paid. I was so exhausted at the end of a Bond it would take me six months to recover emotionally.
