Sammy Kimmence 's sentencing date has been delayed for a month and he will now appear before the court on July 14. Dani Dyer ’s boyfriend, 25, was set to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on June 11 to hear his sentence after he pleaded guilty to fraud for scamming two men out of £34,000.
However, the dad-of-one's case was adjourned until June 25 before being pushed back until next month. It comes as more than 57,000 Crown Court cases are currently outstanding, with some trials listed even listed for 2023 as a result of the pandemic.
Sammy’s delayed court date meant that he was able to spend his first Father's Day with his five-month-old son Santiago, who he shares with former Love Island winner Dani Dyer, 24.
