Dani Dyer isn’t exactly having the best week following the news that her ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence has been jailed for more than three years for fraud.
The Love Island star is now preparing herself to have detectives search her home in an attempt to obtain assets in the eventuality that 25-year-old Sammy won’t be able to pay back the £34k he conned two pensioners out of.
It’s understood that detectives specialising in financial forensics could soon search Dani’s home for assets such as cars, expensive jewellery and designer clothes that can be auctioned off to make back the stolen money.
A confiscation hearing has been set up for next month where Sammy’s legal team will outline how he plans to pay back the hefty sum of money.
