Dani Dyer's boyfriend Sammy Kimmence could be facing jail after admitting to posing as a financial investor and scamming two pensioners out of £34,000.
The 25-year-old appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court today accused of fraud. He had originally denied the charges, but now faces a possible prison sentence after changing his plea at the last minute this morning, reports The Sun.
He appeared in court in February last year to deny allegations that he scammed two elderly men - aged 80 and 90 - out of £34,000 by posing as a financial investor.
The stockbroker, who welcomed son Santiago with Dani earlier this year, from Rayleigh, Essex, was accused of duping the two pensioners by running "S&S Trading Ltd" for two and a half years.
