Dani Dyer is reportedly facing a visit from the police, who are attempting to confiscate £34,000 of Sammy Kimmence's assets to pay for his crimes.
The Love Island star split from Sammy last week after he was sentenced to 3.5 years in jail for "despicably" scamming two pensioners out of almost £34,000 by posing as a financial advisor.
And it may be difficult for the former Love Island star, who shares baby son Santiago with Sammy, to move on as The Sun have reported that she may be paid a visit from law enforcement.
The publication reports that detectives trained in financial forensics will visit Dani and her ex Sammy's home to make an inventory of his assets in order to raise the funds he conned out of his unassuming victims.
