Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc has warned Lewis Hamilton that he will be ready whenever the new Formula One season gets underway.
Leclerc, who was called “dangerous” by Hamilton during last season’s Italian Grand Prix finished fourth in the world championship in his maiden season with Ferrari.
The 22-year-old ended the season on 264 points, well behind champion Hamilton’s tally of 413, having qualified on pole on seven occasions.
The start of the new season has been hit by the coronavirus pandemic with Leclerc taking to his home simulator for five hours a day and winning four major esports races in a row.
