The skating celebs have been told not to speak about the duo because the programme's execs don't want to the story gaining momentum.
According to an insider, the cast have been told to refrain from discussing the pair on social media. A source told The Sun Online: "They told everyone that nobody should make a comment on social media or talk to fans or media about the story - even if it's to defend Maura or Alexander." With a Maura and Alexandra ban put in place, they're hoping the story will eventually die down.
