The actress, 46, says she vowed to continue competing on the ITV competition after revealing she vomited straight after it happened.
Without complaining, Denise put on her skates and performed with her partner Matt Evers for the final time before she quit due to her injury.
Speaking to The Sun about the events that followed after her fall, she said: "I just wanted to get on with the show. "I came off after that show and vomited, and I nearly passed out because I was in so much pain."
