Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Dancing On Ice's Joey Essex was left shocked as Phillip Schofield announced a shocking twist for next week's episode. The presenter, 60, made the announcement part-way through Sunday's show as six celebrities took to the ice to battle it out for a place in the semi-finals.

Mollie Gallagher, Joey Essex, Nile Wilson, Carley Stenson, The Vivienne and Siva Kanswaran battled it out on the ice as they tackled this week's Prop theme.

Before announcing what next week's theme would be, Phillip gathered all the celebrities at the side of the ice to deliver some news.

He announced that next week not one, but two celebrities will be going home. The presenter, 60, said: "We've got some big news about the semi-finals because I can reveal that next week there will be a double elimination. "Not one but two couples will be leaving the competition.That's the first time they've heard that."
