The 52-year-old was spotted out and about on Sunday, and did little to hide his pain as he was photographed with a strained look on his face.
In the snaps, the musical sensation grimaced as he took a casual stroll in London's Notting Hill while gritting his teeth. The Australian native was clad in a casual ensemble of a grey sweater teamed with black jogging bottoms and trainers as he took in some fresh air, and he covered his head with a cap decorated with the Fortnite online video game logo.
