Reality star Miles Nazaire is currently competing on Dancing On Ice with pro skater Vanessa Bauer on the sixteenth series of the ITV show.The 28-year-old who grew up between London and France likes to keep up with his fitness and has certainly been a hit with the ladies with his countless romances on his Made in Chelsea and Celebs Go Dating.However, what some may not know about the chiselled reality star is that he struggles with an 'impossible' health condition known as muscle dysmorphia which got so intense it led to disordered eating, depression, social isolation and plastic surgery.Back when Miles first started focusing on the gym, he noticed what he thought was stubborn fat behind his nipples when his body started to change.

However, it turned out to be a condition called gynaecomastia which causes extra breast tissue in men, OK! reports.
