One of the stars of Dance Moms: A New Era has confessed a heartbreaking secret about the passing of her young son who died in a horror car crash three years ago.

Min, whose eight-year-old daughter, Mina, is one of the young dancers in the Hulu series admitted in a recent episode that she’s hidden the death of her 13-year-old son from her parents who reside in China.

Min’s son, Siyan, tragically passed away after a car accident and the emotional story came out during a dance rehearsal.The group were practising a routine based around a psychic medium contacting an 'angel spirit' in the afterlife.

Coach Glo Hampton then asked the girls if they'd ever lost anyone close to them to which Mina confessed that her older brother had been killed in a car accident.
