The former BBC Breakfast host has been fronting Channel 5 News since June 2022, making his debut by reporting live from 10 Downing Street when then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson survived a no-confidence vote.
Fast forward and on Monday (April 8), Dan hosted the first show of the week wearing a smart navy suit over a crisp white shirt.
However, it was Dan’s choice of footwear that rubbed some of those watching at home up the wrong way. The 47-year-old opted for a pair of navy, leather trainers which cost £299 from luxury footwear brand, Oliver Sweeney.
