James Bagby, 47, had gone for a run along Black Rock Sands in Porthmadog when he collapsed at the side of the road. It was the first week of his holiday and he had been training for the Dublin Marathon when he suffered the cardiac arrest.
A cardiologist working at Warrington's Venturi Cardiology, the North-West's first independent healthy heart clinic, later diagnosed both James and his twin-brother with the same heart condition.
