Dad of 40 kids sued by neglected son to 'teach him a lesson' for not paying child support

A father-of-40 was sued by his own son for £4,160 after failing to pay child support for 16 years of his life. Mike Snr., 56, was taken to court by his own son Mikr Jnr.

but claimed that he owed nothing because he raised his son for the first five years of his life and offered him a place to stay when he was 16.

The pair appeared on ITV's Judge Rinder in order to settle the dispute. Appearing in court, Mike Snr appeared hostile towards his son and snarled over to him: "What are you doing here, you c***?" As the son attempted to brush off the incident, the dad demanded: "Don't smirk." Despite not being in court at the time, Judge Rinder heard about what had transpired and addressed the vile comments.
